Shipping Policy – ADK Jewelry

ADK Jewelry ships all orders in partnership with Matkahuolto (via the Shipit delivery service), ensuring reliable and fast service.

1. Delivery Areas and Time

• We ship orders throughout Finland.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.
• Matkahuolto's delivery time is generally 1–3 business days after the shipment is processed, depending on the route.

2. Delivery Options and Costs

• We ship via Matkahuolto, either to your nearest pickup point or directly to your door, depending on the delivery method you choose.
• The shipping cost is determined by the package's weight and size, and is calculated and shown to you automatically at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Tracking and Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your package on Matkahuolto's tracking page.
• If your delivery is delayed or you run into any issues, please contact our customer service.
• When your shipment arrives at the pickup point, you will be notified by text message or email.

4. Receiving Your Delivery

• Please check the condition of your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact customer service as soon as possible.
• Packages not collected within Matkahuolto's storage period (approximately 7 days) will be returned to the sender. In this case, the customer may be charged for the cost of reshipping.
