Return Policy – ADK Jewelry

Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Below are the terms of our return policy:

1. Right of Return You may return a product within 14 days of the delivery date. The returned product must be in its original condition and unused.

2. Condition of the Returned Product The product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Process

• Contact our customer service before returning a product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will send you return instructions and any information you need.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or the return is due to another complaint-related reason.

4. Processing and Refunds

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product (or receive other proof of return).

5. Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
